VGF relies on our expertise for continuous market research
VGF, operator of the underground and tram system in Frankfurt am Main, is continuing its long-standing continuous market research in 2025. In addition to the tried-and-tested studies on image and customer satisfaction, mobility behaviour, the customer journey in local public transport and an analysis of the potential for possible behavioural changes in the choice of means of transport among Frankfurters will be examined again this year for the second time.
VGF has set itself the goal of further expanding its contribution to the transport transition. We therefore look forward to continuing to create the basis for sustainable and environmentally friendly mobility in Frankfurt with sound empirical findings.
While the current survey year is underway, the results for 2024 will be handed over to VGF shortly.
